YOGI / EARLY ACCESS

A simple privacy note.

Last updated 23 October 2026.

Yogi is an early-stage project being developed by Naya and Stuart. This note explains how this waitlist works.

What we collect

If you join, we save your email address, your role if you choose one, the time you joined and a record of your consent. We also create a random private removal token. You don’t need to provide your name, address or any information about your health.

Why we collect it

We use the list to send relevant updates about Yogi’s development and early access. We may invite you to share feedback; taking part is optional. Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to buying anything.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible to the Yogi project team through its Cloudflare account. Cloudflare also processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect this site. We don’t sell your signup information or add third-party advertising trackers to this page.

Leaving the list

After joining, save the private removal link shown in your confirmation. Opening it gives you a button to permanently remove your entry. Any future waitlist email will also include your removal link. Keep that link private because anyone who has it can remove your entry.

A dedicated public contact email is being set up. We’ll add it here when it’s ready.

How long we keep it

We intend to keep waitlist entries for no more than 12 months unless you renew your consent. The signup service removes older entries when it next receives a valid signup; the project team also runs periodic cleanup. Entries you remove are deleted from the active list immediately. Cloudflare’s recovery copies may persist for a limited time.

Keeping the form usable

For basic spam prevention, the signup service temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from your network address and the current hour, plus an attempt count. It doesn’t store your raw network address in the waitlist database. These records are removed after expiry as the signup service is used.
